On this website we want to keep you up to date on the topic of Wi-Fi. Besides a blog, we also offer corresponding trainings.

During the last years we got deeper and deeper into the subject Wi-Fi. This includes not only the certifications like CWNP (CWNA, CWSP, CWAP, CWDP and finally the CWNE) or Ekahau ECSE (ECSE Design, Advanced and Troubleshoot), but also the implementation of appropriate trainings. We were or are ECSE instructors and attend many events like the WLPC in the USA and Europe or Cisco Live and Aruba events.

As founder of WLAN Manufaktur I have a background of more than 15 years of WLAN experience. Starting with service providers over manufacturers I was responsible for small projects with some access points up to global projects with some thousand access points. Finally I founded WLAN Manufaktur in 2022.

One of our projects is to develop WLAN.Training from a blog to a new training platform. For this I cooperate with René Kriedemann.

We have been dealing with the topic of Wi-Fi for a very long time and in depth and are happy to share our experience.

Especially the sharing of experience is important, because Wi-Fi always means “It depends”. We have very few black/white cases. Most of the time there is a lot of leeway. But this also means that you need a lot of trust. Qualifying the result is difficult for a normal end customer.

Here, too, we often experience big surprises. It is not uncommon that we recommend new customers to deactivate 25-50% of the access points. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of ignorance in the market and this is where we want to start.
